essential guidance for building emotionally safe and respectful classrooms. Her work shows how past experiences shape children’s confidence and learning behaviour. Under her influence, WSB’s teachers adopt calm, compassionate, and psychologically informed practices, allowing children to learn without fear and grow with resilience, clarity, and emotional security.
