Under her influence, WSB’s teachers adopt calm, compassionate, and psychologically informed practices, allowing children to learn without fear and grow with resilience, clarity, and emotional security.

Ted Mouradian brings over five decades of hands-on experience working with young people, families, universities, government bodies, national and international organizations, and even UN-associated initiatives.

His pioneering Law of Cooperative Action has helped institutions across multiple countries reduce conflict, strengthen cooperation, and prevent youth delinquency. Ted’s long-standing professional relationship with WSB’s Head of Academics—both alumni of Brock University—has shaped a powerful partnership rooted in mutual commitment to human-centered education.
